This machine is covered by the SINGER Limited 25/5/1 Manufacturer’s Warranty.

• 25-Year Limited Coverage: The product frame is warranted against manufacturing defects for 25 years from the original purchase date. Qualifying replacement parts are provided without charge; shipping and labor costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• 5-Year Limited Coverage: The product’s electronic and electrical parts are warranted against manufacturing defects for five years. Qualifying parts will be repaired or replaced under the warranty; shipping and labor costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• 1-Year Limited Coverage: Mechanical parts and adjustments are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year. Qualifying repairs or replacement parts are provided without charge for parts or labor.

Free standard shipping is included on this sewing machine for delivery within the contiguous United States. This machine ships directly from the manufacturer. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier schedules, and destination.

Returns

Please contact Stitch Pro Supply at support@stitchprosupply.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Do not send the machine to Stitch Pro Supply or the manufacturer without receiving return authorization and instructions.

Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the machine arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Restocking fees may apply.

If your machine arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please retain the machine and all original packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can assist you.

Enjoy Touch Button Stitch Selection, and watch the LED lighting illuminate your sewing space as you sew. Sew buttonholes in one easy step with consistent results every time. There are four different styles of buttonholes to choose from – two styles of the basic bartack style for projects like dresses, shirts or home décor and two keyhole styles for menswear and outerwear. Take off the Removable Storage Compartment to access the Free Arm, which makes it easy to sew trouser hems and cuffs or around difficult-to-reach areas like children’s clothing. Thanks to a built-in needle threader, you’ll be ready to start sewing in a breeze. You will also receive three essential presser feet with your machine.
