The SINGER® MX231 Sewing Machine is covered by SINGER’s limited 25/1 warranty for the original purchaser’s personal or household use:

25-Year Limited Warranty: Product frame against manufacturing defects
1-Year Limited Warranty: Parts and adjustments against manufacturing defects

During the 25-year frame warranty, SINGER provides qualifying replacement frame parts at no charge, but labor costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. During the one-year parts and adjustments warranty, qualifying repairs or replacement parts are provided without charge for parts or labor. Proof of purchase is required, and transportation expenses remain the purchaser’s responsibility.

Free standard shipping is included on this sewing machine for delivery within the contiguous United States. This machine ships directly from the manufacturer. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier schedules, and destination.

Returns

Please contact Stitch Pro Supply at support@stitchprosupply.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Do not send the machine to Stitch Pro Supply or the manufacturer without receiving return authorization and instructions.

Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the machine arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Restocking fees may apply.

If your machine arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please retain the machine and all original packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can assist you.
