• The full interior metal frame is warranted against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. Qualifying replacement parts and labor are provided without charge; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Parts and adjustments are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Qualifying defective parts will be repaired or replaced without charge for parts or labor.

Coverage applies to the original purchaser for personal or household use and is subject to SINGER’s complete eligibility requirements, exclusions and claim procedures. Proof of purchase is required, and transportation costs associated with warranty service are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Free standard shipping is included on this sewing machine for delivery within the contiguous United States. This machine ships directly from the manufacturer. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier schedules, and destination.

Returns

Please contact Stitch Pro Supply at support@stitchprosupply.com within 3 days of delivery to request a return. Do not send the machine to Stitch Pro Supply or the manufacturer without receiving return authorization and instructions.

Eligible returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the machine arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Restocking fees may apply.

If your machine arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please retain the machine and all original packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can assist you.
